Ingredients
Half a stick of unsalted butter
3 large zucchini or 5 small zucchini sliced
3 T chopped parsley or tarragon (could add a little mint in with either to kick it up a notch)
2 cups grated cheese (I used a mixture of farm fresh marinated feta and a parm/pecorino mix)
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg
