Ingredients
1/2 cup uncooked quinoa,rinsed and dried
3 cups old fashioned oats
1/2 cup ground flaxseeds
2 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup pepitas (I did half pepitas and half sunflower seeds)
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup dried cranberries
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 cup agave nectar
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
