200ml water
80g butter
1 1/2 tbsp caster sugar
1/2 tsp salt
120g plain flour
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3 large eggs
Oil for deep-frying
1/2 cup icing/caster sugar mixed with 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, for dusting
Maple glaze:
1 cup icing sugar, sifted
3-4 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp sea salt
1-2 tbsp water, milk or orange juice
