For the Lemon Brownie:
1 (15 oz) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1 cup cashews, soaked for 1 hour
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup agave (pure maple syrup or honey maybe substituted)
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1 tsp lemon zest
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
For the Yogurt Icing:
1/2 cup full fat plain yogurt
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp agave (or pure maple syrup or honey)
