2 teaspoons lemon zest

FOR THE BLUEBERRY SAUCE:
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons cornstarch
2 -1/4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons water
