3 1/2 Pounds Fresh Peaches (approximately 7 medium)
1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
1/3 Cup Granulated Sugar
1/4 Cup Light Brown Sugar
1/8 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon Kosher Salt
3 Tablespoons Corn Starch

Candied Rosemary:
2 Sprigs Fresh Rosemary
1/3 Cup Granulated Sugar
1 Tablespoon Water
