Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup canola oil
1-1/2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries ( I used 2 cups frozen blueberries tossed in 2 TBLS flour)
1 cup flaked coconut

LEMON SAUCE:
1/2 cup sugar
4-1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1 cup water
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons lemon juice
