2 Eggs
1 Additional Egg Yolk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 1/2 cups Flour
2 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Salt
12 oz. Package Chocolate Chips

Filling:
1 tub Cool Whip (thawed)
1 - 14 oz. can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Package Jell-O Instant Chocolate Fudge Pudding Mix

Topping:
1 cup Heavy Cream
1/4 cup Confectioners' Sugar
3 tbsp Jello-O Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
Chocolate Syrup
Mini Chocolate Chips
