3 lemon lemon
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil (plus additional for serving) extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup heavy cream heavy cream
1 oz grated parmesan cheese (finely, about 1/2 cup, plus additional for serving) grated parmesan cheese
ground black pepper ground black pepper
1 handful fresh basil (or arugula, what I used, deliciously, in a pinch leaves, shredded) fresh basil
