2 cups whole milk
2 Tbs cornstarch
2 ounces cream cheese
1/8 tsp salt
2/3 cup sugar
2 Tbs light corn syrup
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups wafer cookies (I used Loacker hazelnut flavor), chopped
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 Tbs milk or more as needed
