Ingredients
2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
½ cup flaked unsweetened coconut
½ cup raw slivered almonds or raw cashew pieces
½ cup dried fruit (blueberries, cranberries, cherries, etc)
¼ cup raw seeds (optional) (pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds)
¼ tsp. sea salt
4 TBS melted coconut oil
3 TBS raw honey
¾ tsp. of pure extract (almond, vanilla, orange are my faves)
