This is so fresh and light - and it's even low calorie! It's also diabetic-friendly too :)

A handful of fresh mint leaves
1 packet of Sweet'N Low
1 cup fresh blueberries, plus extra for garnish
Clear rum - a shot or two, up to you :) {I totally rhymed}
Lime juice, from 2 limes
Blueberry ice cubes
10 oz {about half a glass} of club soda
