For the Crust:
¾ cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
pinch salt
For the Cheesecake:
12oz cream cheese, softened
½ cups sugar
2 large eggs
¼ cup heavy cream
¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
tiny pinch of salt
4 ½ oz milk chocolate, melted (high quality, I use Ghirardelli)
