For the Brownie Layer:
1 batch of my Fudgy Cocoa Brownies

For the Cookie Dough Layer:
4 T butter, softened
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 T milk
2/3 cup flour
1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

For the Chocolate Layer:
1 and 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2 T shortening
