2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/8 t. red pepper flakes
1 T. fresh lemon juice
1 c. finely chopped basil
3/4 c. plus 2 T. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
8 oz. mozzarella cheese, 1/2 c. shredded, the rest cut into 1/2-inch dice
