9 regular sized chocolate graham crackers
3 Tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 Tablespoon granulated sugar

Cheesecake Filling:
(one) 6-ounce package fresh Driscoll's raspberries, plus more for garnishing
1 cup plus 1/2 Tablespoon granulated sugar
3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1 4-ounce bar white chocolate, chopped and melted
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
