Happy 4th of July!
Here's a quick and simple red, white, and blue fruit salsa recipe that is the perfect appetizer to serve this Independence Day. It is sweet and tart and pairs perfectly with the salty Freedom Chips {if you like salty and sweet combos you will LOVE this!}. I found the patriotic colored tortilla chips aka Freedom Chips at World Market but regular tortilla chips would work too!

Ingredients

1 pint blueberries
16oz container of strawberries, diced
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1 tsp lime juice
2 tbsp strawberry jam
Freedom Chips {or tortilla chips}
