So since everyone at home loved my Nutella Stuffed Vanilla Cupcakes Topped with Chocolate Covered Strawberry I had to make a variation of it and let me tell you that these double chocolate strawberry dipped cupcakes are SO yummy!

Ingredients

Cake:
1 Cup all purpose flour
1 ½ tsp of baking powder
1 stick of butter at room temperature.
1 tsp vanilla extract
2/3 cup of caster sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp of sour cream

*Fresh strawberries.

Chocolate Dip and Stuffing:
1 tsp of butter
1 cup of Milk Chocolate Chips
