BROWNIES:

1/2 cup cacao butter, melted
1/2 cup all natural toasted hazelnut butter
1/2 cup raw honey
1/4 cup ghee (or make your own)
3 eggs
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
3/4 cup organic cacao powder
1/3 cup coconut flour
2 tablespoons arrowroot flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/2 teaspoon Himalayan salt
FROSTING:
1 cup raw cashew pieces, soaked overnight
1/2 cup creamy coconut butter (or make your own)
1 cup salted caramel (recipe follows)
SALTED CARAMEL:
1 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup water
1 cup full fat coconut milk
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup raw honey
3 tablespoons ghee (or make your own)
1 vanilla bean, seeds scraped
1/2 tsp fleur de sel
