Ingredients

Yield: 12 muffins

1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter softened
3/4 cup (150g) sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 cup (120g) buttermilk
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups (256g) all purpose flour
2 tsp of baking powder
1/4 tsp of salt
2 cups blueberries (frozen* or fresh)
*The frozen berries does not need to be thawed

Topping for Muffins:
1 tsp Vanilla Sugar or regular white sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp of sea salt (optional)
