1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 large eggs
2 large egg yolks
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour (recommended brand: King Arthur Flour)
3/4 tsp salt
6 ounces bittersweet chocolate, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
For the Peanut Butter Ice Cream:
1 cup peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups heavy cream
1 1/2 cups whole milk
For the Milkshake:
ingredients above plus 1-1.5 cups additional milk
