Serving Size: 9 good sized squares

Crust:
1/2 c butter
1/4 c sugar
1 c flour
1 tsp lemon zest (zest of about 1/2 medium lemon)
1 Tbsp lemon juice (juice of about 1/2 a medium lemon)

Cheesecake:
2 8oz packages softened cream cheese
1/3 c sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon zest
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 c blueberries
1/2 c blueberry jam (optional)

Topping:
1/2 c heavy cream
3 Tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
