¾ corn meal
2 -tablespoons sugar
½ teaspoon salt
1½ teaspoon -baking powder
½ teaspoon white pepper(optional)
½ teaspoon onion powder.
½ teaspoon baking soda
¾ cup buttermilk
2 eggs
¼ cup cornstarch or flour for dusting.
