Ingredients
16 oz fresh corn on the cob (or a can of corn)
1 cup of dry black beans, rinsed, soaked and cooked (you can substitute a can of black beans)
3 roma tomatoes chopped
1/2 red onion, chopped
1/2 fresh jalapeno pepper finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Juice from 2 fresh limes
Whole bunch of chopped fresh cilantro (adjust according to taste)
A dash of your favorite hot sauce (I use Chalula).
