1 package (15.5 ounces) Oreo cookies, quartered
8 fun-size Butterfinger candy bars, chopped
1 bag (12 ounces) miniature Reese's peanut butter cups, chopped
Filling:
1 block (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
1/2 cup peanut butter
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
12 ounces Cool Whip, divided
