butter and cornmeal, for the pan
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 + 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon instant yeast (I like SAF )
1 cup buttermilk or regular milk
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil or olive oil
non-stick spray
1 cup frozen wild blueberries (don't thaw) or 3/4 cup dried blueberries
