Rich and flavorful, this restaurant-quality baked spinach & artichoke dip is a simple to make crowd pleaser !

Ingredients

1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp onion granules/powder
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss/Emmental cheese, divided
2 cloves minced garlic 10 ounces/280g frozen spinach, thawed and drained
14 ounces/400g quartered artichoke hearts, drained and diced
18 ounces/500g cream cheese
black pepper, to taste
