1 can of Trader Joe’s cookie and cocoa filling spread (will need about 4 tablespoons)

2 sticks unsalted butter at room temp
¾ cup sugar
1 egg yolk
2 tsp vanilla
½ cup cocoa powder
2 cups AP flour
1/8 tsp salt
½ cup chocolate chips (I used semi-sweet)
