Ingredients

Makes 6 squares of Tomatillo and Beet Tart

1 puff pastry
2 medium sized beets
2-3 small tomatillos
½ cup of salad greens
½ cup of Feta Cheese
½ cup of chopped walnuts
½ cup of extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp of ground pepper
1 tsp of dried oregano
1 tsp of basil
