¼ cup pineau or sweet, citrus flavored liquor
¼ cup water
for non-alcoholic alternative, substitute pineau for ¼ cup water and 2 tbsp. sugar
Crepes:
250 grams of flour
2 cups of milk
3 eggs
2 tbsp. granulated sugar
3 tbsp. melted butter
¼ tsp. salt
½ tsp. vanilla extract
butter for your pan
zest of 1 lemon or orange, optional
2 pound fresh, sliced strawberries
