Yield: 16 rolls

Dough:
1 1/2 tablespoons yeast
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 cups warm milk
1 1/2 cups warm water
2 teaspoons salt
6 1/2 - 7 cups unbleached all-purpose flour

Water Bath:
3 quarts water
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 cup baking soda
Coarse salt for sprinkling
