1lb boneless skinless chicken breast grilled and cut into cubes
1 medium spaghetti squash cooked and seeded
1 pint heavy cream
8 oz cream cheese with chives
1/2 medium white onion
1 15oz can petite diced tomatos
1/2 cup grated parmasean cheese
1 cup cooked spinach
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbs oregano
1 1/2 tbs garlic powder
1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
