1 banana, frozen*
4-6 strawberries, frozen*
1 cup milk (I used unsweetened almond milk)
2 heaping tablespoons cocoa powder
1 heaping tablespoon peanut butter
1-2 tablespoons honey (I prefer 2)
*If you use fresh bananas and strawberries, add a few ice cubes. This will ensure the smoothie is cold and thick enough. To freeze bananas, simply peel the banana, cut into chunks or leave whole, and freeze in a zip-lock bag or freezer-safe container.
