4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 cup flour
2 beaten eggs
2 cups breadcrumbs (I used panko breadcrumbs)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Oil for frying + parsley for garnish
2 ounces light cream cheese
a splash of milk
1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic or garlic salt
1 teaspoon oil
1 ounce good quality shredded cheese of choice (I used a sharp white cheddar)
