Ingredients

Yield: 8 pretzels

DOUGH:
1 1/2 cup Warm Water
1 tbsp Sugar
2 tsp Salt
2 1/2 tsp or (1 pkg) Yeast
4 cup Flour
2 oz melted Butter

WATER BATH:
10 cups water
2/3 cup baking soda

EGG WASH:
1 large egg yolk beaten with 1 tablespoon water

TOPPING:
Pretzel salt (can substitute Kosher or Sea Salt)
