FROTH (FOAM) (makes enough for 4 small mugs):
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon Butterscotch-flavored Jell-O Instant Pudding Mix
HOT BUTTERBEER (makes about 6 cups):
6 cups whole milk
6 tablespoons butterscotch-flavored sundae syrup
10-12 drops yellow food coloring
1 (4-serving size) Butterscotch-flavored Jell-O Instant Pudding Mix (minus the 1 tsp. used in Froth recipe)
prepared Froth (recipe above)
COLD BUTTERBEER:
cream soda (chilled)
1-2 teaspoons butterscotch-flavored sundae syrup (per mug)
