Ingredients
1 pkg. McCormick Cooking Bag & Seasoning Mix
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef (I use minced turkey instead)
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 cup milk (I add about 1/4 cup of milk more since Turkey tends to be more dry)
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs or 1 cup soft bread crumbs (2 slices bread) (I use stale whole grain oatmeal bread crumbs)
4 cups cut-up fresh vegetables, such as potatoes, onions and bell peppers (about 1-inch pieces)
