A lighter version of one of our family favorites.

Serves: 12

8 cups spaghetti squash about 1 large or 2 small
3 cups spaghetti sauce (no sugar added)
1 teaspoon liquid smoke
12 slices bacon chopped
1/2 onion chopped
1 lb extra lean ground turkey
8 ounces sharp cheddar
salt and pepper
