Ingredients
3 cups Salad Greens of your choice
1/4 cup Diced Cucumbers
1/4 cup Carrot Shreds or thinly sliced carrots
1/4 cup red onion slices
5 cherry tomatoes cut in half
1-2 T. Craisins, according to taste
2 t. chopped pecans
2 T. Parmesan Cheese
Vinaigrette of your choice, I used raspberry, to taste (I only used about a Tablespoon)
4-5 stripes grilled chicken, optional
