It's surprisingly easy to make this classic comfort food

2 pounds ground beef
1 pound frozen peas and carrots
1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste
1 package onion soup mix
1/8 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1 1/2 cups water – or beef broth, or dark stout beer
About 6-8 medium sized russet potatoes
1 stick butter
1 cup evaporated milk
1 tablespoon salt
2 teaspoons pepper
Parsley to sprinkle
