1 cup finely chopped onion
2 cloves fresh minced garlic
1 pound chicken, cut into bite sized pieces
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
16 ounces chicken stock
2- 15 ounce cans great northern beans
1- 15 ounce can kidney beans
2- 10 ounce can Rotel diced tomatoes (whatever heat you like)
2 tablespoons ground cumin
