2 Celery Ribs
5 Small Yellow Potatoes (Peeled and Cubed)
1 C Corn
1 C Green Beans
1 14oz Can Stewed Tomatoes
1-2 T Italian Seasoning
1/2 T Garlic Powder
1/2 T Onion Powder
1 Garlic Clove (finely minced)
1 T Olive Oil
2 32 oz Cartons of Roundy's Organic Chicken Broth or Stock (can substitute veggie as well)
1/2 Medium Onion
