Tangy Shrimp Tacos
1 Frontera’s Key Lime Cilantro Taco Skillet Sauce pouch
1lb raw shrimp (peeled, cleaned, and deveined with tails removed) I like to buy large shrimp and cut them up into smaller chunks.
1 medium white Spanish onion, sliced
8 to 12 small or medium corn tortillas, warmed
1 tbs olive oil
Cilantro for topping the tacos
Optional: Shredded Cabbage. Cheese for topping the tacos. I eat mostly dairy-free, so I leave off the cheese.
