1 lb chicken breast, cut in to pieces
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 plum tomatoes, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced (I normally use two cloves since I love garlic)
