Cranberry Sweet Rolls are made with a sweet yeast dough, a cranberry orange filling and frosted.

Yield: Makes 10 - 12 sweet rolls

Dough:
1 package yeast
1/4 cup sugar
2/3 cup milk
4 tablespoons melted butter
1 egg
2 1/4 - 2 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt

Filling:
2 cups cranberries
1/2 cup sugar
1 orange - zested and juiced
1/4 cup water

Frosting:
2 cups confectioner's sugar
2 tablespoons butter
3 - 4 tablespoons water or milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
