150 g almond powder
150 g coarsely chopped hazelnuts
80 g of chopped candied oranges
60 g of chopped candied lemon
4 egg whites
2 eggs
80 semi-g wholemeal flour
50 g sugar cane
3 c. to c. mixing 4 spices
2 pinch of cinnamon
1 pinch of salt
100 g walnuts

For the chocolate icing:
150 g chocolate
50 g sucre
8 cl d'eau
