For the cookies:
50 gm butter
1 egg
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c flour
filling:
150 gm mascarpone cheese
1 tsp milk (original recipie with rum)
1/2 tsp instant coffe(nescafe)
1 tsp brown sugar
topping:
melted white chocolate +cocoa powder
