These Red Velvet Cake cookies had M&M's for an extra special dose of chocolate!

Ingredients

1 box red velvet cake mix (make sure it’s a “premium” mix)
2 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil (I used melted butter instead because I don’t use vegetable oil. You can also substitute an equal amount of liquid coconut oil or unsweetened applesauce)
2 cups plain M&M’s
