Pour 1/2 c water into metal bowl, add gelatin. Whisk slightly let sit. Pour the other 1/2 c water and honey in saucepan and boil for 8 min. stirring constantly. Pour into gelatin mixture mix on medium. Then mix on high until peaks form ( 10 min) Add flavor/color at the end. Grease a baking dish with coconut oil. Pour mixture evenly, let sit 4 hours. Cut with well oiled knife. (2-3 weeks shelf life
