½ cup of 100% pure pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
1 cup of Stonyfield Greek Yogurt, plain
½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 tbsp Swerve sweetener (or more/less depending on how sweet you like it)
Fresh fruit
¼ to ½ cup of pumpkin seeds, shelled (unsalted)
